公司擁有多名從事粉末冶金行業(yè)二十多年的高級專業(yè)技術(shù)人員，擁有超強的新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、工藝制定及材料配比經(jīng)驗和模具研發(fā)能力。現(xiàn)有各類粉末成形壓機（25T~700T）、燒結(jié)爐（真空爐、網(wǎng)帶爐、推桿爐)、整形壓機（100T~500T）、后處理設(shè)備、檢測設(shè)備（三坐標、齒輪檢測儀、金相顯微鏡等）、模具加工設(shè)備等近100臺（套）。擁有三條全自動粉末冶金鐵銅基生產(chǎn)線及一條粉未冶金不銹鋼生產(chǎn)線和一條粉末冶金硬質(zhì)合金生產(chǎn)線。能生產(chǎn)幾克到兩千克的各類粉未冶金結(jié)構(gòu)零件、粉末冶金不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件、粉末冶金硬質(zhì)合金結(jié)構(gòu)件。
